Apple (iOS) Devices

Go to

Settings → Mobile Service → ConnectedYou travel eSIM → Turn ON the Line
Mobile Service → ConnectedYou travel eSIM → Data Roaming ON

Android Devices

Step 1:

Go to: Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Mobile data → Turn ON ConnectedYou travel eSIM & Mobile data

Step 2:

Go to: Settings → Mobile networks → Data Roaming ON
